Arco released the first new bagged set of army men to hit toy stores in the decades since Timmee's Vietnam figures dominated rack toy isles of the 1960s and 70s There are five poses that range in look from standard soldiers to Rambo. Could be special forces, could be mercs. These first came out in 1985 and were produced and then bootlegged for several years. They are only about 50mm, but fairly good quality. Made in Hong Kong.
