New Ray SWAT / Police Playset

Rew Ray released this set around 2014.  Their are 10 figures, 8 of which have been reproduced and bootlegged as toy soldiers and special forces.  Michigan Toy Soldier Company sold a set of 7 of them as modern S.A.S. soldiers.  They are just short of 54mm.

ESCI/ERTL Modern Nato, US, Warsaw Pact and Sptesnaz

These guys were available in hobby shops in the US throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.  They are 1/35 scale or about 50mm.  Good quality.  Made in Italy.  No markings.
